Kim Holden is a dynamic speaker and expert in how to de-stress holistically. Her colleagues say this about her: “Kim is a sincere, inspiring, and motivating teacher.” Kim has her own Health and Wellness Nurse Coaching business called Holistic Connection and helps people with stress management as well as teaching them about health and wellness. With a background in public health and nursing, she has learned how to look at the whole person (mind, body, spirit). Kim has her PhD in Nursing and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology. She has over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She is a board certified Advanced Holistic Nurse, Hospice and Palliative Nurse, and a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach. She is also a Holistic Stress Management Instructor and a Clinical Aromatherapist.
